  Came here after 10 to get some ice cream and sandwich. 3 employees basically ignored us for few minutes. Then another employee helped us. Ordered sandwiches and waited about 5 mins for them to pack it up. At first they put it in the tray to dine in and when we reminded them its to go the manager threw the sandwiches in the bag and told us to pack up the fries ourselves coz he wasn't wearing gloves. No apology no regret just didn't care!

  Best Braum's I have visited. I live close by so this is my go to for milk and dairy treats. I go off peak hours so service has been exceptional each time.

  Went about a month ago and spent $50. Literally every single thing was made incorrectly. Not a single thing right, down to the soft drinks. Missing a whole meal from what we ordered. Emailed them, told them about my experience, was sent an email back saying the DM would be notified and never heard a thing back or was given the refund that I asked for. Terrible customer service, as well. Out of convenience, decided to go back tonight and thought there was NO WAY they could screw up ice cream. Ordered three items, all ice cream items and one with no nuts due to a slight allergy. Was told to pull up because "the ice cream is not done yet" and waited for 10 minutes while 3 people behind me were served ahead of me. Lo and behold, tons of nuts on my only item requested with a change from what the menu calls for. I was so pissed, I just left.
