  Braum's - as a rule - has far better burgers, fries, malts and milkshakes than you might expect. You'd have a much more flavorful burger going here than The Arches. But, when we stopped at this location yesterday, the well-meaning employees seemed unable to keep track of the order. When this was pointed out to them, they repeatedly tried to pull out what they thought shouldn't be there and replace it with something they "thought" should be in there: all without doing what I requested. Look at the receipt and simply give me what I ordered. Now, Braum's bears some responsibility here: as I remember, one menu item is a ham and cheese biscuit. But, immediately underneath that, it says that you can get this in ham, bacon or sausage. Naturally, even though I said I wanted sausage, they gave me the ham and cheese.
  
  Everything tasted fine. And, as I say, the people were well-intentioned. Just not paying attention. I'm pretty sure they switched my order with someone in drive-thru. They were probably feeling less charitable.

  We was here three times and it always was a challenge. All three times we was wait minimum five, ten minutes of cashier, when he will take our order. And it always a big problem for them. I don't know why, but they are not understand english language, or they don't hear you. It is extremely hard to order what you need if is it not standard number. First time they did not give us ordered drink. Second time they didn't give us sandwich, last time we was need one shake, one meal and two sandwiches. So they give us no shake, and one of the sandwiches was without chicken..... It was our last visit.

  Use to come to this location all the time. Past two times they were filthy. Dried up ice cream on floor and counters. Spilled stuff on counters that hasn't been cleaned all day. One of my favorite places, but disgust me to eat here now.

  Clearly no one is in charge here. Tables are a mess, no one on staff is communicating, and we didn't get our whole order when our number was called. An employee at the register ignored my father and I for three minutes before taking our order (apparently he was figuring out what he wanted to eat on his break), and didn't even look at us until my father said something.
  2 stars because I'm pretty sure our food came out warm. Can't know for sure though because it got cold while we waited for everyone else's food.
