  The pizza has been good every time I have ordered there. It is excellent New York style. I really don't understand the complaints about the manager on here unless the one I met is a different guy. We called in a pizza with numerous ingredients split in halves on our pizza. When we got there, one of the ingredients was wrong ( it happens ). The manager came over and immediately offered to cook another one for us. I told him just to add the missing ingredient to the half it was missing on - no big deal. He did that, and came over with the pizza and 2 free deserts. He was a real nice guy. The deserts there are VERY good. Mistakes can happen, and he went out of his way to make us happy.

  First time ordering from Brother's Pizza. I have to say that I am not impressed !!!! Ordered 5 items and none were anywhere near a good NY style. Calamari was chewy, pizza dough was chewy, the 'buffalo' wings were not buffalo style . . . they were breaded hot wings and since when does bruschetta have melted mozzarella on it. The order was repeated back to me for accuracy and yet, the pizza was wrong, even after I asked and repeated and they read it back correctly. Very Very Disappointed. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.
