During lunch, i went to refill my cup with sprite and noticed this brown bug floating in my sprite! How nasty is that?!. I called to speak with a manager during lunch and was placed on hold for at least 15 min. Never spoke with any one! I'm calling them at this moment and now the line is busy because I probably would still be on hold I could hear people laughing and talking in the back ground instead of handling my call.
